openBIM® Applications

This course helps project teams keep pace with the rapid evolution of BIM-related tools that presents challenges for even the most seasoned practitioners who want to ensure they are current with the applications best suited to promote success for their project objectives. Region-specific contents will be provided as well depending on the participants, e.g., the course will provide background information on AASHTO Information Delivery Manual (IDM) and TPF Bridge buildingSMART Data Dictionary (bSDD) in the context of openBIM for the US participants interested in infrastructure projects. Different background information will be covered for other regions/participants to make the information relevant.

This course is delivered in three 3-hour sessions (total 9 hours) in a Virtual Classroom. Minimum 6 participants per session with 2 Instructors per session. Successful candidates will receive a buildingSMART USA Certificate of Completion.
