Hosted by the buildingSMART USA Roads and Bridges Committee in collaboration with the AASHTO Joint Subcommittee on Data Standardization (JStan) and the Transportation Research Board (TRB) AED80(1) BIM for Infrastructure subcommittee, the one-day, hybrid event featured Owners, Technology Providers, Engineering Companies, and Contractors. Over 50 in-person participants and over 150 tuned in online for a day of learning and collaborating on openBIM. Building off the efforts from last years summit, this event included national updates from FHWA and ongoing Transportation Pooled Fund efforts, openBIM IN ACTION project examples, and national Industry updates.
